We are a boutique yoga studio located in uptown Fredericton behind Body Renewal and Hickey Optometry. Our aim is to provide an open, non-judgemental environment for the community of Fredericton. It is a space where you can practice alongside passionate local teachers connecting your body, breath, and mind. Saturday:   10:30-11:30 am- Strong Foundations with Polly
